Traditional champagne fermented and matured in bottle, with scents of grapefruit and citrus. It sparks elegantly with the sophisticated tastes of ripe white fruit and bread-like notes at the end of the sip. Draff is removed in small batches. Dosage 7.3 g/l. Furmint, Chardonnay, Rhine Riesling, Pinot Blanc.
